About me
I have been working as an integrated holistic health practitioner for the past 30 years. I weave together my devotions to the body, a heart-centered spirituality, and a depth of psychological training. I draw from a variety of theological and theoretical frameworks of meaning, inspired by the work of Rumi, Carl Jung, the British pediatrician and psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott, as well as the ancient wisdom of Christianity—especially the Desert Elders and Ignatius of Loyola—as well as Buddhism.
I am a graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Institute of Pastoral Studies, the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, and the Barbara Brennan School of Healing.
The roots of my meditation practice are founded in the teachings of Awakening Into Presence, an intensive study of the wisdom teachings and practices of the East, and I am a Certified Meditation Teacher through the Open Heart Project.
Let’s work together!
“May you know your bloom is the greatest blessing needed in the world.
May you utter your Soul-Beauty out into the world.”
— Wini

Late Fragment
A Poem by Raymond Carver
And did you get what you wanted
from this life, even so?
I did.
And what did you want?
To call myself beloved, to feel myself
beloved on the earth.
